What credit bureau do you report to?

Currently, we report to TransUnion and Equifax. In the near future, we may be reporting to the other credit bureaus and will submit your rental payments to them at a price of $15.00 for up to 2 years past history and a biweekly fee of $15.00 for  future rental history. Subscriptions for one year are available.

How long does it take for my rent or loan to show up on my credit report?

 Your landlord successfully may communicate with our Customer Service Department to confirm the details of your lease agreement(s). We will begin to verify the landlords submission of  your rental payments to the credit bureaus and or your lender if you do a rent to own. This verification process may take up to 90 days. To expedite this process, it is imperative that you reach out to your Landlord and inform them that you are participating in a rental confirmation  program and that Esir Fed Data could be contacting them.
We will provide instructions on this verification process in your Welcome email package.

How will my rent or loan  appear on my credit report?

Once your account is confirmed . We will  submit to TransUnion and Equifax. The credit bureau will verify positive  line items to your national credit profile for every month  currently and going back as far as two years. . This trade line item will be listed very visible . As you continually pay your rent or loan on time each month, those payments can be added to these credit line items.

How much will my credit score go up?

We have seen improvements up to 70 to 100 points, but each consumer's credit profile varies based on their payment history. However, we can promise you that we will strengthen your credit profile with  trade line items and allow you the opportunity to increase your credit score by simply paying your rent and or loan payments on time.

Is there any change in the way I pay rent if I sign up?

There is NO change in the way you pay your rent or loan. You will continue to pay your landlord or lender each month in the same manner that you have been. If you have agreed to a Rent To Own agreement with the owner there may be a difference.Some owners allow for a portion of the rent be set aside towards the present loan balance.Those are negotiable and we can help guide you through that process.

What if I split rent , Sub-Lease or have

Section 8 ?

Your name can be on a  lease agreement or a sublease with landlords,family and friends in able to participate in our rent reporting . Students are encouraged to participate as a first time endeavor with credit verifications.  Section 8 voucher participants also are encouraged to register with us.

Section 8 in some USA states have a first time buying program that we have participated with our homeowners.
